The 2005 YamahaVictorian Offroad Championships was run over 12 rounds including 2 junior enduros. The championship consists of three different disciplines of offroad racing. They include three hour cross countries, enduros and sprints. The Dandenong Motorcycle Club has a strong group of riders who compete in the championship. This was proved when Dandenong won the Club Team of the year award with Glenn Capuano, Jamie Barrett, Todd Stephenson and Mark Portbury.

Two of our club members(Blake Hore and Brett Barrett) were also members of the winning Trade Team for 2005, Christensens Motorcycles who also won in 2004.

The Victorian series is getting stronger at the moment and is attracting some of Australias top off road riders to many events.

If you are ready to take the next step from trail riding consider giving the series a go next year and its never too late given that long time club member Glenn Capuano(at age 35 years++) placed second outright in Clubman in 2005 and has been upgraded to expert for 2006.
