As we move into the second half of the year a few updates of things that are happening around the club. The Club has decided to not run the Thumper Cross this year and rather spend our time and efforts at Wonthaggi, and to encourage a few more members along to the practise and club days to be held at Wonthaggi we will be offering ½ price membership for the remainder of the year. Website will be set for ½ price membership from July 1st!

The club will be running Rounds 12 and 13 of the VORC at Rawson on the 22nd and 23rd of August and will be looking for helpers to run this event, if you are available please mark these dates in your calendar and shoot an email to to let him know you can make it.

Things are still quiet on the MX side of things, after running another successful round of the Gippies, and a practise day on Queens Birthday Weekend the club would like to say a big thank you to the volunteers over the 2 weekends. We have a couple of members who have put their hands up to run a few more practise days and get a Club Champs series running for the second half of the year. If you would like to get involved in the organising of these events (no matter how small a part) please let us know and we will get you in touch with Garry. These guys need your help and support so please get on board as we need to be opening Wonthaggi as much as possible. Practise Days are scheduled for;

4/7/2015, 8/7/2015 and 16/08/2015.

Entries for Round 4 of the ORCC at Bonnie Doon for this Sunday close tonight so get your entries in, we have been busy over the last month adding new track and weather looks like it will be prime. With the month of July off, we snap back in to action for the end of the season with a sprint round at the TMCC, this will be a new venue for DMCC and the local Traralgon boys are promising a great event. Don’t forget to get your working bees done to be eligible for series points! Dates for the rest of the year;
